1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GoldAlchemist™ software and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. License Use

Depending on your purchase, GoldAlchemist™ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal trading. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading Gold (XAUUSD) involves high risk. GoldAlchemist™ may add positions and increase total exposure after adverse price movements. Exposure, margin requirements, and unrealized losses can therefore grow quickly. A prolonged one-directional market, price gap, wider spread, slippage, insufficient liquidity, execution delay, platform, VPS or connectivity failure, broker stop-out, or incorrect setting may cause substantial loss or loss of all funds allocated to the trading account.

No account balance, leverage level, setting, filter, or suggested configuration makes the software safe or guarantees a profit, recovery, maximum drawdown, or uninterrupted operation. Use only capital you can afford to lose and test the intended configuration on a demo account before live use.

GoldAlchemist™ provides software only. We do not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice; manage customer accounts; hold customer funds; or guarantee returns. You remain responsible for deciding whether the software is suitable, selecting settings, monitoring positions, and complying with applicable laws and broker rules.

Any performance figure, screenshot, simulation, backtest, hypothetical example, or testimonial is illustrative and must be identified by its source type. Simulated and backtested results do not represent actual trading and may not reflect spreads, commissions, swaps, slippage, liquidity constraints, execution delays, or changing market conditions. Actual results will vary, and past performance does not predict future results.

4. Broker Referral Disclosure

GoldAlchemist™ may receive referral or ongoing compensation when you use certain broker links, open or fund an account, or trade. This creates a financial incentive for the referral. Brokers are independent third parties; we do not control their pricing, execution, withdrawals, solvency, regulation, or services. Review each broker's regulatory status, fees, risk disclosures, and terms before deciding.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the software license has been activated. Please ensure the software meets your requirements before purchasing.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license access if any terms are violated, including unauthorized distribution of the software.
